have/has been to +地名 表示去过某地，后可接over ,once , twice ,three times,just等，但不能与时间段连用，如for three days,since last week等连用。说话时不在所去过的地方。I have ever been to Los Angeles.

have/has gone to表示去了某地，表示在去的途中或者已经到了。

He has gone to Los Angeles .

他去洛杉矶了。（人现在不在这里。）

have been in表示在某地呆了多长时间，常与时间段连用。He has been here for two years.

almost   几乎

almost作副词，一般置于实意动词之前，系动词，助动词和情态动词之后。

Example：At this time of morning,the street was almost empty.

早上的这个时候，街道上几乎空荡无人。

P.S. almost可与no，none，nobody，nothing等否定词连用，但不能与not连用。

Eg：She said almost nothing.
