notice 作动词,可用于:

notice +that 从句

notice 还可作名词,意为“通知;注意”,
常用于:take notice of 结构,意为“注意”。

how to spell是带有特殊疑问词的不定式短语,在句中作learn的宾语。
“疑问词+不定式”结构在句中的作用相当于一个名词短语,可以作主语、宾语和表语。
