Language points 

1. I like to get things ready earlier. 

我喜欢早一点把东西准备好。

“get sth./sb. + 形容词” 

形容词作sb.或sth.的补语，意思是使得某物或某人……（或使得某人或某物处于某种状态）

例如：She got me very angry. 她让我很生气。

2. Well, it sounds crazy but I don't know what to take.

嗯，听起来很疯狂但是我不知道带什么。

“疑问词+不定式”  在句中作宾语

疑问词what, which, who, when, where, how及连接副词whether与不定式连用而形成一个短语，这个短语相当于一个名词，可在句中作宾语或表语等。例如：

Do you know when to start? 你知道什么时候开始吗？

3.  I'm leaving at the end of July. 我将于七月底离开。

at the end of ...意为“在……的结尾；在……的末端”，后面接表示时间或地点的名词。例如:

There is a clothes shop at the end of the street. 

在这条街的尽头有一家服装店。 

in the end 意为“最后、终于”，相当于finally, at last。例如:

Xiao Ming passed the exam in the end. 最后小明通过了那次考试。 

by the end of ...意为“到……末” ，后边跟不同的时间会有不同的含义和用法：

跟将来的时间，就用一般将来时。例如：

By the end of next month，I will finish reading this book.

到下个月末，我将读完这本书。

跟过去的时间，用过去完成时。例如：

By the end of last month ,I had planted thousands of trees.

到上个月末，我已经种了数千棵树了。
