pass 动词，意为“传递；递给”。

【拓展】pass 还可表示“经过；过去”。

◆Best wishes to you on your thirteenth birthday.在你13岁生日之际，把最好的祝福送给你。

give/send one's best wishes to sb.意思是“向某人致意，祝愿”。wish是名词，常用复数形式；wish 还可以用动词。
