excited/ɪk'saɪtɪd/adj.兴奋的，高兴的。该词常用来修饰人。

eg：The boys are so excited.男孩们是如此兴奋。

辨析exciting，excited及excite

excited

“兴奋的”，表示“因……而兴奋”的含义。常作定语或表语，作表语时主语通常是人。

exciting

“使人兴奋的”，常作定语或表语。作表语时主语通常是物。

excite

动词，意为“使兴奋、激动”。

Do you see the girl in the picture？你看到照片中的女孩了吗？

此句为一般疑问句，其中“in the picture”是介词短语作后置定语，修饰“the girl”，意思为“照片中的女孩”。
